This offset smoker is made with 3/16 in. plate steel. Its cook chamber is 30 in. x 18 in. The fire box is 18 in. x 18 in. The cooking surface of the lower grate is at 35 in. Its overall length is 62 in., and its overall height is 66 in. (All dimensions approximate)
It comes with 2 removable cooking grates (17 in. x 25 in.). The top grate has 4 in. of room and the bottom grate has 6 in. of room when the top grate is in, almost 11 in. when the top grate is out. It has a removable fuel basket. It rides on 6.25 in. casters.
